Wouldn´t you rather invest in a quiet and safe Sunshine State?
GreenWood Village is a remote development of about 500, mostly 5 acre lots. This wonderful land is developed with County maintained roads and features a beautiful high desert landscape covered by bushes, cactuses, flowers, and grasses full of wildlife. All in peaceful silence and seclusion.
You can choose from a great selection of amazing lots located at the entrance of GreenWood Village. Buy as an investment or to build your Dream House as long as your plans match the CC&Rs.
In this selection, you will need solar power, as there is no connection to a power line. However, some of the lots are at a national power line (no access for private use), but with 5 acres, there is still enough space. Consequently, these lots have very attractive prices.
